So I opened up to update my journal and just sat here, because... what? I having nothing. Except I'm reading x-files fic. YAY!

Also, re: the sga conversations going around about John-fic and characterization and stuff, I realized I don't really care. Hmmmm. I mean, I'll basically read anything that's written well, and I do have preferences, obviously, but not enough to map out. Although, honestly, I don't see the John-is-fucked-up thing. I think he can be an asshole, and I think he's really laid-back, but. um, yeah. So I've never thought of how John is written as a major point for me in fics. Authors bend him to their will. *snarf* bend.

Also, also: I have the SUDDEN BURNING URGE to read some snarky daniel/vala fic, but I don't SEE any. Does anyone know of some? Does anyone want to WRITE me some?

Now I have to go off and actually clean or something *grumbles*

I've post in three different John characterization threads that were basically long winded ways of saying I don't care, with two exceptions. My John is career military, but not a warrior and he's an lonly child. Everything else is negotiable or bendable or negotiating to bend or more likely negotiating to see either Rodney make John bend or John make Rodney bend.
