I did get his mom the awesomest xmas gift. She has a basset hound, and her other son has a basset hound, and they're the two different standard patterns for the dogs, so I stumbled across this adorable kissing basset hounds salt and pepper shaker with BOTH dog colors, one of each, so I know she'll love it! So that at least has me excited.
