Things I loved: McKay wanting to give Brendon -- or anyone for that matter -- a pony, someone practically giving McKay an aneurysm instead of the other way around (what fun!), Brendon being proud of puking a lot, Jon having the second strongest ATA gene next to the other John (love that), John liking Pete (but of course!), Jon's sexy toes, Zelenka not being surprised at all and William Beckett having a geode named Zippy! Ahahaha!
Then there was the pollen (not sex pollen though), behavior-altering alien concoction, body swapping and alien marriage. You hit almost every trope and made it work so well.
