I don't think you have anything to worry about, but right now no one seems to be certain. Some fanfic groups have been suspended already, and there is a rumor going around that someone was suspended based on the icon.
Anyway, just wanted to be sure you knew what was going down. Seems to have turned into somewhat of a witch hunt.
