Since I love, love, LOVE DT, I really don't mind if the Apartment! verse AU! turns into that with no plot. It's all about the characters, the interaction between them and the weird shit happens when their world collide by living in the same building! Wooo, I'm excited. Can't wait to read it! hahaha... I love that Brendon thinks a dog is really a giant rat. That is hilarious!
