Well, here's the short version. When she couldn't make the potatoes (cause she boiled them for like 5 minutes) she just went through the fridge and put a massive amount of crap (sour cream, milk, cheese) into the pot of water and potatoes and cooked it for like 10 minutes. Diaster. Fun to watch her mess it up, but diaster.
