I'm pretty sure it was for a bigbang fic. I read it because it was Frank/Mikey and I was pretty desperate for any Mikey stories which don't involve hooking him up with Pete (because what about Patrick?!) but I wish I hadn't read it. It made me feel sick and gross for a long time. And maybe convinced me that messing with Frank/Gerard is just a bad idea.
