help!

my sidebars have decided to rearrange themselves on their own, and now I can't get back into my edit layers page - they've change the customize journal options. Does anyone know how to get back into the edit layers/customize by hand pages??? This is so frustrating!!

But I figured it out - I just had to search "advanced customization" in the help directory. So weird that they no longer have it listed as an option, though!
