Wow, so it's like I don't post regular thing-a-ma-jigs here at all anymore, but it's not my fault! All my good thoughts go to Twitter! Anyway, I've got lots of comments to answer AND I'm racing to get a Halloween fic done for y'all - my first time attempting a vampire AU, though it's mainly about werewolves. And it's also Kevin/Mike again. BUT there's all sorts of A Little Less Sixteen Candles... cameos, so that's fun.

Nothing else is going on. J is on his way to try and get his driver's license renewed without any form of identification. I'm planning on laying in bed and drinking coffee and dreaming about donuts I can't have.

So... is Mike a vampire in your fic like he is in the Sixteen Candles video?? Because that would be AWESOME. Especially if Kevin is NOT a vampire. The whole "hot scary guy" thing really gets kicked up a notch when there's fangs involved, I imagine. ;)

Okay. Okay, fine, you win. See, before I stumbled across your journal for SGA-fic-purposes? I'd never read bandslash, and had no plans to. I mean, c'mon. I don't even know who these people are, right? Why in the world would I like reading about them?

But then. Then you wrote that SGA fic, y'know, the one with John and Rodney's big gay robot-fueled love and Zelenka, the tiny Czech vulture. I wanted more. So I figured, hey, I'll read the epic adventures of bandom in space; even though I don't know any of these people, it'll be funny, yeah?

And now? Now I'm OTPing Kevin/Mike so hard it's sad, I still don't know these people, and it's all your fault, Skoosie. I'm grateful you're so good to the people you convert, though, because Halloween-special Kevin/Mike fic? Win.

In short: You're pretty awesome. I may not be the best commenter ever (or, y'know, may be the worst, ever), but pretty much everything you've ever written makes me smile so big. :D

PS: Have you seen this cake (http://cakewrecks.blogspot.com/2009/06/panic-at-disco.html) yet? I can only giggle helplessly at the thought that someone thought a Brenden-Urie-shaped cake was a good idea. Can you imagine what he'd say? The fangirls really do want to eat him.
