Hi all! So I've really been afraid to define this, but it looks like I'm in the midst of a hiatus. You've probably already guessed, since I haven't been around much. I've been in one fandom or another since 2003, and I've never taken a break before, so I figure I'm due.

I'm still writing my original story, being ably cheered by starflowers and liquitexart, so that should be done at some point. It's basically about a kid in highschool who curses a lot and accidentally made out with a guy. So, you know, my usual fare.

I've been buying some ebooks from Dreamspinner Press. The covers alone get me hysterical, I mean, seriously.

Also, Tosh.0 is my new favorite show.

So, uh. That's it. Sorry.

you should think of publishing! you have this and dirty trousers! you could do a book of shirt stories!! id totally buy it. :D?

if not then you should definitly post it on the internet, you cant leave us high and dry!

although i understand about being out of the fandom, im mostly inside my own bubble of (bandom) writing and friends (and out of most parts of bandom canon besides when will the next album come oouuuttt). and the occasional wondering around other parts of canon like inception, the sherlock series, supernatural, but nothing fannish. lol if that makes any sense :P

ha, starflowers is trying to convince me to publish this story, but my main character curses SO MUCH and I'm pretty sure that won't fly with a publisher :) But we'll see, it'll definitely be available in some way once I finish it.

With being quiet for the past couple months, I think I've lost a lot of contact with many writers/followers of bandom, and it's hard to find the urge to wiggle back in. I actually still read alot in as many fandoms that I can that aren't bandom. Maybe what I need is to find a different fandom that I want to write in.

Is Panic even still planning a record????? It's ridiculous.

lol if they allow sex scenes in books, im sure swearing is alright, it just wont be a teen rated book :P and besides, an editor would be able to help you with that if a publisher says something about it. you wont know until you try!

lol i totally understand. but yes! they keep pushing the date back, its now 'early next year' theyve finished almost everything for the recording, i know they still need to do vocals and something else i think. and they do random shows (you should check out the china pics and the video zack put up. spencerrrrrrr)

MCR have finished the 'second attempt' at recording thier album, but im not sure iftheres a release date yet.

patrick is in a cave apperently, and pete has a new band with a girl lead because he couldnt begin to think about replasing patrick <33

who else was there? i think the academy and the cab are in a tour phase as well. greta with her new band, also havean album and are touring. dont know much about cobras though D:
