OH. MY. GOD. I've just put a bid on a house. Oh god. Panicking. Well and truly freaking out. God, I'm going to be so poor if they accept, and if they don't I'll cry because it is the BEST HOUSE EVER.
When we read the listing that said "koi pond" we were expecting a tub in the ground or something rancid like that, but it's actually very pretty and well taken care of!
Window seat... don't think so. Window seats are cool, though.
