RL has made me a sucky flister, as per usual...

So what's shakin'? What'd I miss? Link me, shout at me, poke me, wave hullo, etc...

*smooches*

Ooh, that would be excellent! I think I'm in the Racetrack/Spot-and-Jack/David-with-post-Jack/Racetrack-implied camp. They're so touchy-feely... gorgeousness. Although a fic with Spot teaching David all about how to... umm... "be a Newsie" would be a lot of fun too.

I do remember reading a good but very depressing fic where Jack actually goes to Santa Fe and loses his virginity to a prostitute. Quite sad but well done, or at least I still remember it in a good way. If I ever remember the title I'll tell you what it is.

I totally love Spot and Racetrack, though I don't know why. They really don't interact that much in the movie :) Oooo, but Spot is totally casing out Dave when they first meet. And Jack is all, but he's mine! Look at me touch him!!

Dude, I gotta watch it again...

But they do interact! The "King of New York" and the various fights, and hanging out around the statue in the square, and for the picture they're almost hugging each other, aren't they?

And yes! I could see the tension jumping off the screen when David's sucking up to Spot and doesn't even realize that Spot isn't so much asking "Who is this twit who dares to speak to me?" as he is asking "Who is this prettyboy who's all fiery, hmmm?"

Thought the image of Spot even saying "prettyboy" is an awfully weird one.
