I liked it. It was a good AU. It was funny and cute and managed to not take away from the story, but instead add by having so many people living there. (Ooh, I wonder...*bunny starts to take form*). I say post it. You have your fans (of your AUs and not) that will for sure enjoy it.
I'm rather fond of weird ones myself. I've been thinking about writing one myself. One that's been niggling at me. Might do it, since D/G is on hold until I can be happy again.
