Still no word, but a guessing game!

No word on the neighbor yet... she isn't home from the hospital I don't think, since their car was gone all day yesterday :(

So...

I got this email from my bro tuesday night (who lives in Atlanta)... see if you can guess who the celeb is before clicking on the cut tag *grins* I got it straight off. For some very inane reason that has to do with one of ladybeth's semi-recent posts.

bad things happen for the best sometimes...

I just talked to the son of the woman Moose pulled down the steps and they totally don't blame him at all. He was very nice about it, and felt bad that Moose was tied up outside (he's on a lead now).

Her condition is ten times worse, of course, because she had a heart attack at the hospital yesterday. However! a) the doctor thinks it was a long time coming, b) she'd been feeling bad for a while yet refused to go to the doctor, c) her leg hurt her but she refused to go to the doctor to get it checked out, d) when they opened up her leg to set the bones they found a hidden infection, e) she was in the hospital for the heart attack that would've come anyway, so they're glad she was there, and f) he admited that it was not Moose's fault because they were letting him into their house. Which was very neighborly, but he is strong.

Anyhow, there's a tiny silver lining there, since she's able to get help she wasn't getting before. Even though she now has a few broken bones on top of that.

Thanks to everyone who helped me through this crisis! You are the best, and really made my crappy week much better. *glomps all*
