YES! I am the FINISHED! My reel_sga fic has been sent to devildoll to be beta'd, and since we're both going away this weekend, it should be polished up around Wednesday next week. HUGE weight off my mind.

Now I just have to start my next project.

You know, I really wish I could write SGA porn. Or at the very least some hard R stuff. Why must that only be reserved for Seamus or Ron? Why?

You know what would go good with porn? CHIPS! And a parody of "Overboard," with Rodney as the sniping, disdainful, really just horribly abrasive scientist and John as the pissed-off, um, contractor helping to build his super keen new lab. So Rodney gets hit by a car (ala Kermit The Frog in Muppets Take Manhattan) or something and loses his memory, and John decides a little payback is in order, and pretends that Rodney's his, er, husband, so he can (try to) boss him around. Only Rodney doesn't remember being gay! Oh, the hilarity. But then they fall in love and have hot sex (which I can't write) and then Rodney suddenly gets his memory back and is hurt and angry and he does a lot of hand flailing and yeah... you see where this is going.

Also? I can't stop watching this. I can't. stop.
