Not out of the woods yet...

Nighthawk Nine is finished! It's shorter than I expected, but it just sort of... ended. So it barely spilled onto ten pages, but I think adding more would detract from it. I just have to read it over and make sure nothing sounds horrible, polish it up, and then it shall be submitted! Woot!

I also had to scrap the Christmas interlude idea with Hermione and Blaise. It didn't fit the chapter, what with all the Snape angst, and what I wanted to end with. So it would have been a strangely cheerful middle and that just is not acceptable to me!

So next on the agenda is my wierd little d/g Christmas idea. I've set aside the Blaise as a physic storyline for the time being, since it kinda fizzled out in my brain, but I've got another idea that might prove interesting. We'll see.

Or even better, Blaise could 'fortell' that Draco was going to fall in love with Ginny, but it turns out he falls in love with Ron, I'd laugh, I'd laugh till I pee'd.

Oh! Oh, that's just... that's insanely good! Ron's the Weasley... The comedic potential for that plot line is astronomical... I promised a Christmas d/g, but that might be too juicy to give up... You are a genius.

Wee!!! That's great, I love giving ideas, and people liking them... because I sure can't write them myself.
I used to be able to write stuff, then I stopped, I don't know why... my muse up and left me to go slut around with other authors, I have seen hide nor hair of any creative thought since.
Sigh, all menocholy now... write some good Ron/Draco sexiness and I'll be happy again *grins*

I hope your muse comes back! It's horrible when it leaves... I think I just got inspired for another xmas fic... I might leave off the ron/draco idea as a non-holiday fic.. Hmmm... must think...
