July: the month of unproductive productivity

I added up my fic word count for the month of July and came up with about 44,000. Wow. And I posted nothing. Well, I posted the end of Ryan of Green Gables, but that's it. I've got a long fic still with callsigns (and still being edited, because sometimes my brain is slow), and I have my band_princesses challenge fic which is DONE and beta'd and READY TO POST with a clever title and everything, except I can't post it until SEPTEMBER. And then I'm about 40 pages into my Just One Of The Guys AU, which should be finished just in time for the August 11th posting over at reel_band (after which I will get cracking on my reel_band One Crazy Summer prompt, which is SO EXCITING). And I'm still sitting on my Panic!/Transformers fusion, because I need to get everything else out of the way before I can really concentrate on that one.

Anyway, it only looks like I've been quiet. I've actually been super fic-writing busy and eventually I will have something to show for it. Hopefully.

SPENCER QUESTION: Real family member names/ages, specifically sisters? Anyone? If he doesn't actually have a sister I'm just going to make one up, but I figured I'd ask first.

Is douche bag one or two words, do you think?

VickyT seems like the kind of girl who'd know her football, right? Right. I'm going with it, whatever.

So, keeping in mind that this fic is generally supposed to be completely implausible and chockful of everything you'd ever seen in a teen flick, I can totally have a musical start practice in the spring and then talk about the upcoming proms soon after, right? If you say no, you will be cheating the fandom out of Pete in harem pants. I'm just saying. Think very carefully before you answer.

i think on the rolling stone thing he mentions that he does have sisters, and that when he was home it was progress time, so they must be younger? that's all i know, sadly.

I think douchebag is one word, that's how I use it anyway. Also, I think musicals generally start in the winter (january-ish), but don't actually open until march/april-ish, so right around prom time.

Hey, they could totally start a musical in the spring! They can start practicing in February/March and the prom can be in April or May! I'm pretty sure my school did that.

I haven't decided, I might rewrite it as Homecoming and make it fall instead of summer. That might work better, because I've really given them, like, a month to get this musical together. Hmmm. Poor planning on my part.

I would so ask her, except I fear she might be tempted to click over here, and then find out I'm writing an AU that features her prominently!
