rampant is a totally awesome word
Oct. 9th, 2007 01:37 pmSmell my accomplishment, people! I've finished my Supersaturation sequel! Barring any huge re-writes, it's topped off at just over 19,000 words. So now I've got two huge fics tabled and waiting for editing, so at some point you'll get to read them? I hope?
I've got a couple ideas rolling around in my brain. The Ryan pulls a Mikeyway one, and then there's always School!verse to toy with, and for some reason my brain is trying to convince me to write an epic crossover with Harry Potter - EPIC, people, like starting with Brendon: age 11 epic, and you know I can't handle that kind of scope, so it probably will never happen. We shall see.
I got nothing else.
Although someone - not me, seriously - needs to rewrite classic TV sitcoms with bandom people. "Classic" is a loose term, of course, although I won't stop you from writing The Patty Duke Show with DOUBLE THE PETE, OKAY? They're identical cousins! One's got tattoos and into rock! The other prefers the opera! Yes, I was an avid Nick at Nite watcher when I was younger.
Mainly, though, I can't stop thinking of Gabe as the Barney to Patrick's Ted. Or something. Whatever, my mind's still on Monday night.

I LOVE YOUR BRAIN. LOVE, LOVE, LOVE. OH MY GOD.
That is so ridiculously wonderful, omg.
Also, I could probably handle an epic Mouse-at-Hogwarts thing, if you were so inclined to write.

Date: 2007-10-10 02:09 am (UTC)I am so bad with epic, though. Like, I'll get bored with him age 11 and want to skip ahead and then things will just fall apart!

Date: 2007-10-11 03:15 am (UTC)19,000 words? Sounds like heaven.
I think I might get in on the classic TV sitcom action. I'm thinkin' the Jeffersons, with Brendon as George and Spencer as Louise...okay, wow, so that did sound like a good idea in my head.
Or maybe Welcome Back, Kotter with Pete as Vinnie Barbarino...
Really, the possibilities are endless and sizably crack-tastic :)
