J's best friend got married last night. it was a hell of a party. I didn't actually get to sleep until 6 this morning, despite not actually drinking all that much - we got locked out of our hotel room at about 430 and the friends we were sharing with had already passed out and couldn't hear us knocking, and I texted nunshavingfun about how much I wanted to kill everyone and then sleep in their warm dead carcasses. The front desk lady saved us, and by that time we were like what the fuck lets just drive home and sleep in our own bed all day! I can no longer pull all-nighters, I feel like I was hit by a truck. And I seriously only stayed up for J, and I had some drinks early on in the night, but I don't really drink anyway, so this is not a hangover. This is just pure exhaustion. If I could, I'd work on a fic, but I've just been reading JD/Cox scrubsfic all day. IDEK. Weird.

The wedding was lots of fun though. I had on an extremely low-cut dress and my breasts were looking mighty fine, let me just tell you. And J gave an absolutely fab best man speech, and I was frankly stunned, because I was soooooo worried he was going to botch it. I should have had faith!

I had a candy bar for dinner. And a chocolate donut. I'm still in my pjs and haven't moved much from my sprawl on the bed. Thank god it was a friday night wedding, though, so no work tomorrow!

There is some sort of neighborhood party going on outside. Fireworks and everything and it's so noisy and I just want to yell at them to keep it down!

I bruise SO EASILY too. It always looks like J beat me with a cane. I can just bump up against something lightly and end up with a swollen egg!

Oh man, I had an old friend stay over last night? And we're close in the way that we went to high school together and talk over AIM but we hadn't actually seen each other in over a year, and she came, and stayed the night, and I mean, generally, people who stay at my house are familiar? But it was weird with her, even though she stayed at me house at least twice a week, every week through high school.

The point: I went to bed at two and woke up at 10:30, and I'm still exhausted, so I feel your pain. Some of it, at least.
