my right hand is not actually working right now

J is working overtime, which means I'm left to finish our basement by myself - in time for the new rug to be installed this friday. So far (just this past weekend) I've had to rip up the old rug, scrape the carpet pad off underneath where it was glued to the concrete in places, pry out the old disgusting carpet-covered baseboards, pry up the old carpet tacks, pry out the staples on the baseboard running up the stairs, hammer down all the staples that I couldn't pry up - essentially, I've realized that I'm old, and that my back hurts and my shoulders hurt and my hands can't properly open so much as a water bottle right now; I think the base of my thumb on my right hand is swollen. AND ON THE AGENDA TONIGHT: scrubbing the floor with bleach to get what padding I couldn't get up off the concrete and spackling and priming the walls. Ugh. Kill me.

Now, I'm currently contemplating who to focus my next Supersaturation 'verse fic on. I know I have to fix Joe and Bob, and I'm planning on giving some of the guys mini-clones (they're so cute!), but I need to have a newish character to focus on. I was thinking maybe Mike Kennerty? Or possibly Marshall. Is there anyone that I've touched on briefly that you guys want explored more?

ALSO: If I was, say, to write more of William's House of Orphans, what/who would you guys want written about?

Ivarrson! Good idea, but that'll be tough, since I don't think I ever got a real handle on her character. Mmmmm, might be a good challenge for me!

Clearly the story needs some Frank and Gerard... hey, they're not even there! They ought to be.

But what I really really want more than anything is Brendon and Spencer. Young Orphan Awkward Crushes and stuff. It would be precious. Also, Siska. He was pretty much heartbreaking. It should have been so funny but it wasn't. Poor guy. I also loved Ryan a whole lot, and Jon, and Pete... But mostly Brendon. And Spencer.

And Supersaturation. I wanna say write more Panic In Space, but I suppose that isn't fair, since they've gotten a lot of focus. But they're awesome, so. More Bob would be awesome, and I, personally, wanna know more about Mikey-- you should bring him back from the dead! Or or or have Rockstar Mikey fall through the mirror into Supersaturation!verse! Except that would mean Rockstar Gerard doesn't have Mikey, oh man. But Mikey, I think Mikey needs some focus, since he's dead, and that isn't fair.

Also, I reread the one with The Cab the other day, since I read it before I really knew who they were, and it is even more precious when I knew what was going on.

I kind of like the idea that someone threw out there about Victoria's first season in London and all the shenanigans the boys will get up to! There could be much awkwardness and misunderstandings and also Gerard and Butcher and Siska :)

Ugh, you have no idea how hard I've been trying to incorportate Mikey into the Supersaturation 'verse - I keep coming back around to, like, making him ascended or something, but I always dismiss it because it seems to me that it'd cheapen what his death actually meant to Gerard, you know? Like, it's something that profoundly changed his life. I need something that'll tie Mikey into the story more without actually bringing him into the story, if that makes sense. It's so hard!

Oh, William's House of Orphans! I would love to read more about Adam and Butcher. That storyline is so fascinating to me, because it's really kind of darker (maybe sadder is the word I want, I'm not sure) than what I expected, and so it stood out and struck me, in a really good way.

Oh no! I hate it when my hands get messed up. Try gently stretching your fingers by pressing them back away from you palm at slightly different angles, and then toward you palm. The key is gentle, repetitive motions; you're increasins range of movement in the muscle rather than trying to pop the joints. I also like to work the muscle at the base of my thumb to increase bloodflow and flexibility when I've really messed them up. These are all things I've learned from jugglers and the other art majors at my school, and they really do help.

If you wrote more William's house of orphans I would want to hear about Vicky-T's introduction to society. William spares no expense! The Cab hides behind the curtains and stays up past their bedtime to watch! Gerard cameos!

You ask these questions and then I cannot concentrate at work because I am thinking about them! I feel like saying Johnson for the Supersaturation universe is cheating, as you already focused a story on him. He was just so mysterious that I wanted to know more! Otherwise I vote for Marshall or Lacey (as I know nothing about the Rejects). And yay for more Bob/Joe! Your stories made me fall so hard for that pairing.

For William's House of Orphans, aka the story of my SOUL, I would love to see more Butcher/Siska. There is not enough fic about them, in my opinion, and you painted such a beautiful, complicated relationship in this fic and I would love to see where it goes.
