We'll bring the carp, in case Tom tries to escape. Every attempt is another dead fish on his hands. Rupert will, of course, not be able to go anywhere. He'll be chained to the wall when not playing with him. Oh! like Pet!Angel from "The Wish." Ooh, Tom will get the same treatment. Just in case. ;)
