and the anticlimax

Finally saw GoF. Very cool at IMAX, but I'm still loving PoA better. And wow was it long. J was disappointed at the lack of Quidditch, which I found funny 'cause that is the most boring part of the book imo. Though I was also disappointed that we didn't really get to see any of that. But anywho - loved Cedric! Of course I did. And yeah, totally slashing Harry with him. And, also, I couldn't stop The Soup's version of the trailer from running through my mind every time Ron did his mean-jealous-pout. Hee.
I'm still writing my SGA fic. Up to 21 pages and then I got stuck on a dragon scene (oh yes) but J's military killing knowledge to the rescue! Perhaps I should find that a tad scary, but I don't.
I've become remarkably good at cutting up my own ficcages... I have tons of "deleted" scenes in different word files on my comp, though, so I can never completely get rid of things I've written. Does anyone else do that?
It used to kill me to cut out chunks of stuff I've written, but concise is better than verbose for me.
I have nothing of interest to say. Sorry. Just thought I'd check in with you all *grins*
