I think I'm getting cold feet

I can't stop re-reading my SGA fic and thinking it's total crap. And that it's boring. And that I don't have a firm enough grasp of the characters to've even attempted to write it in the first place, but I have to start somewhere, right?

I actually felt a little like this about my first HP fic, but I don't think that says much.

It's like. After almost three years, I feel like I've made the HP characters mine... with little quirks and temperments and the way I can write their dialogue and know exactly what each of them are going to say and react to each other, and I've reached the point where even if I'm totally OOC, I'm OOC in a way, I think, that is believable. Do I have a point? Cause this has stopped making sense even to me. Huh.

Anywho, I'm going to post it anyway (once sga_addicted tells me what needs to be fixed or if it can't be fixed) and then you can all be bored and I can go attempt to draw puddingcup!John and Rodney because my artwork has got to be better than the tragedy that is No Myth. *sucks*

Oh my! *smacks you* No! I've read the first twelve pages, and I can tell you it is -not- total crap or boring and you have done FINE with the characters so far!

In conclusion, No Myth is -not- a tragady (*glares at you for saying so*). Now then, I'm off to finish reading it.

yes and speaking of your marvelous hp ficcage (particularly DT tho was really starting to get into HIS)....i miss it...i could hound you or say that im feeling a bit betrayed due to SGA but i wont...cause thats just mean...but i will say i miss your DT characters...i would love them even if they werent HP and actually am quite interested to read your oc verision...so yeah sending the love and hoping this might drop kick your muse into to action and if not would telling you i got fired today help? cause i did...i still have two other jobs but it was this one that actually paid the bills...(im completely shamless i realize this i just want DT though!)
