Baby!

One of my best friends just had a baby girl!! Saw her at the hospital last night, and she is so cute and perfect and it's so exciting!!

And Maude is home and walking about and she seemed much more like herself this morning. Tho Roxy was being a huge brat last night 'cause she thought Maude was getting too much attention. And Roxy? Roxy is the most annoying dog ever. I love her, don't get me wrong, but she can whine for hours in your face and not get discouraged by your lack of response. Whine, whine, whine. And it just gets louder and more high-pitched until you want to shoot yourself. Good times.

*eyeroll* My boxer does the most aggravating whine. It's all high pitched and then, when you ignore her, she;ll start to growl really low, andw hen you turn to rebuke her for growling, she'll bounce away and wag her stubby little tail and is the image of 'I want to play!'. The nutty dog, lol.

*shakes head* The whining drives me crazy. She just doesn't give up, and I never know what she wants. Usually it's because she's jealous of Moose or she can't fit on the couch or she wants to go to bed, but not alone and it's SO ANNOYING! I guess dogs just always want your attention!

Glad to hear Maude is back to her old self again. And Roxy reminds me so much of my dog Reeci. Reeci is my 2 yr old chihuahua and she is a love, really she is. But when she is feeling whiny, she makes sure no one misses it. She plays this game where she pretends to be too little to do things. These are things we know damn well she can do on her own. She sits and whines until one William or I will do it for her. Yeah, whiny-baby. I feel your pain sister, I feel your pain.

Roxy is, of course, a huge pitbull. And her head is like a rock. She likes to roll over on my feet when I'm standing and tries to knock me down, or just smash the back of her head into my feet. She thinks she's a lapdog too *shakes head*

I have a pitbull mix as well. He's Danny, and he's the biggest softie of all of my dogs. Danny's a total loverboy. Very much a 55 lb lapdog. I have 3 dogs total. Sandy's a small terrier mix, and she's the quiet chic, in charge of them all.

Awww, so cute! I love dogs *loves* Though I'm honestly more of a cat person. Weird that.

I used to have a terrier mixed named Sandy as well. *eyes you* He was a bit Cairn, but also Poodle-ish and had a long body which earned him the nickname Sausage Man.

Rox is about 80 pounds and solid. She enjoys knocking me over :) And, of course, Moose the goofy bastard is one of those huge english labs, topping 115 pounds and all legs and triangular head. I ask myself everyday how I ended up with two big dogs, when all I ever wanted was a little one to carry around in my purse!!

*sigh* And J wants another one. I told him not until we got a bigger house :)

Yeah, I would always take another dog. My mom is always telling me that she thinks I run a kennel.

I would always take another dog! I really am a sucker for them. I was never allowed to have cats as a kid because my mom and brother were allergic. But I do like them.

I am going to post some pics of my three knuckleheads at my LJ. I didn't want to cram them into this post. Wasn't sure if you would mind, but thought I might as well do it on my page. *grin*

Roxy sounds like a cat we have. If she doesn't get proper attention from the hu-mans, she sits on your chest and meows at you, blasting your nose with iffy fish breath and pointy fangs. If you ignore her, she bashes her head into the door until you notice.

Actually, our cat isn't anything like Roxy. Our kitty is just batshit insane o.0
