Ah, yes. So once again I was gone all day and could not keep up with my flist and answer And They Lived Happily Ever After posts. So tomorrow I'm hoping to catch up with everything *crosses fingers*

BUT! My momma took me up to New York to see Spamalot! Oh man, it was so fab and hilarious, and we had super keen seats down in the orchestra, too.

And here I'm going to admit something very embarrassing. Sir Galahad? I totally recognized him at first glance: "Hey! That's the dad from 'Two of a Kind'!" So yes. Yes, I am a Mary Kate and Ashley Olsen fan, and I don't know why. I will watch any film of theirs starting with Passport to Paris and on. You know, the teen years. Because I am a huge dork.

However!! I redeemed myself by then, seconds later, recognizing King Author as the evil mayor in Buffy. Right? That makes up for it, right? Maybe? You don't love me anymore, do you? *hangs head in shame*

Still, it was a killer show, and the entire audience was roaring the whole time. I want to see it again!

Oh my god. I've seen Spamalot twice and I never realised Christopher Sieber was from Two of a Kind. And I used to watch that! *mind = blown*

Isn't it a great show? Such catchy, funny songs, too. That's super cool that you got to see Harry Groener though. I was thrilled when I got to see Alan Tudyk (http://www.imdb.com/name/nm0876138/) as Lancelot/etc the second time I saw it. ^^

Hee! I kept staring at him, and it was too dark to check the playbill, but I so recognized him.

It's a fab show, and I love how closely it followed the movie, too. You got to see Wash! I'm so jealous!

Dude, I totally used to kind of watch Two of a Kind. And Passport to Europe was ten kinds of awesome. Okay, maybe just five. But the point is, you're definitely not alone in the watching.

Also, Joe and I will totally kick anyone's ass for laughing at you or me for confessing as much. *nod*

Christopher Seiber gossip- he's the one who played the college professor dad, right?

He and his boyfriend got a big write up in the NYTimes a few months back- the bought a house on an island and completely renovated it. He takes a row boat to his car every day for work.

Very cute article if you can find a copy.

'Spamalot' - not heard of it, but am guessing and very hopeful that it may have something to do with 'Monty Python'?

The Olsen twins huh? Examines Skoosie's offences sheet to date (would that be 'rap' sheet or 'wrap' sheet - I can be cringingly British sometimes...!!!) - 'no...no pretty certain the whole NSYNCH (still have no idea how you spell that bugger!!) thing puts anything else in the shade....! And I forgave you that....pats self on back in very self-congratulatory manner...'cos you gave me pie and Ron and Draco and the god that is Rodney....Hell, go invade a small country hon...we both know I'm going to be waving my 'skoosie 'el presidente'' flag like a mad thing! Especially if it means more Ernie....or kidsfic! Shallow...moi? Probably....but in a good way!

Oh and gave up with the 'hints' - what is the freakin' point?! Just ordered first season SGA off the 'net!!!

God I hate you Americans! Why do you get 'Spamalot'? 'Holy Grail' has always been my favourite Python film....I once went to a double bill of 'Holy Grail' and 'Blazing Saddles'....and yes, I did have to be helped from the theatre..!!

And I spent a large proportion of the exchange Wyear I spent at the University of Iowa (no, I don't know which God I pissed off either!!) being approached by complete strangers to say - in my very best Michael Palin (he IS God!) impression - 'let's not bicker about who killed who'....

Way to go Skoosie's mum!!!

Yes!! So Little Time!

The only thing that bugged me about their shows/movies was that they tended to use the same guys. I wanted variety! Wasn't Riley in that Island in the Sun movie?

We had so much fun :) It was cool that I could quote half the show from the movie :)

ToaK was awesome, but Carrie got a little on my nerves.

Evil mayer!! I also recognized him from Dear John, but the amount of Flisters would would know what Dear John was is probably dismally few.

Um... *is shifty eyed*... I love Mary-Kate and Ashley teen movies. Don't tell any of my friends. I'll be shot down. But anyway, every time I see "Passport to Paris" I can't stop laughing. "Bonjour, bonjour, bonjour, O my gawd." Is the best line ever. So I still love you.

You know when you know you're a real huge dork? When It Takes Two is one of your favorite movies. I mean, really, what's better than The Olsons, Kirstie Alley, Steve Gutenberg and a food fight at a summer camp? It don't get any better than that. Also? The evil mayor? Also played Fred's dad on Angel. I was majorly wigged (hee! Buffy!Speak!) when I watched an evil mayor episode directly after watching that Angel ep. I was all, wtf?
