wooo! we usually take our cue from the schools, so once they all shut down we followed! I thought for sure we'd only have a delay, but nope - it's so exciting, snow days are the best :) Be careful on the roads, dude!!

Oh man, today was the best kind of snow day, where they're all "oh yeah, delayed openings, even though delayed openings suck so hard" and then by the time you wake up they've canceled school, yessss. I feel so vindicated in not bothering to do any of my homework.

I was so glad, because I hate delayed openings more than anything else, they're a total cheat. Like, no free time, and no ride to school (nothing more fun than walking that mile IN THE SNOW no one's had time to shovel yet) and then only the least fun classes. But day off! Yes!
