* So I completely flaked on J's cousin's fiance's bridal shower yesterday. I was kicking myself and felt like SUCH a jackass, and then we talked to J's mom today and apparently the bridal shower never happened, because the wedding is called off! So, two things. Yay for me not being a jackass! But boo for whoever was supposed to tell me, because if I hadn't forgotten, I woulda shown up all by my lonesome.

* J's jeep was broken into last night. We lost his iPod, his stereo, and his SCHOOL BAG. Weirdly, it's his school bag that is the most heartbreaking, because it basically had every important paper that he'll ever need for class. He's pretty much expecting to fail out now. It's a steam fitter union class, he's three years in, and I will cry like a tiny Brendon Urie if he fails out. That's pretty much our entire future right there. So. Fun.

* If we're talking short boys in bands, who would be on that list? Let's say I need seven *twiddles thumbs* and that all the Panic! boys are out of the running. So far I've got Pete, Patrick, Andy, Joe and Frank.

Also, completely off topic, but have you been to the somorescene.com place? Because while, like, none of the MCR lj have mentioned it, its got a post saying the Gerard got engaged! To a woman! Can this possibly be real? WHAT?!!

I KNOW!!!!! I. WHAT? HOW IS THAT EVEN POSSIBLE?! OUT OF ALL THE BOYS, I HONESTLY, TRULY THOUGHT HE WAS ACTUALLY COMPLETELY GAY. I just. My whole world is upside down. My mind literally *boggled* when I saw it.

I saw in like, the community chemicalromance someone mentioned it, and then they all dissed the girls on TRL that made noise that sounded like sadness at the announcement, but you know what I think? I THINK IT WAS CONFUSION. Because seriously, have you, in your learning of the history of MCR, come across any mentioning of Gerard having a girlfriend? Because I can't. And this girl, while I'm sure is totally sweet and nice (she's their hair stylist ahahahaha, Gerard, you're gay even when you're straight) is kind of outta the blue.

I had a convo with a friend afterwards who like, knows nothing about the people I so frequently babble about, but puts up with it because she's nice, and she like laughed at me for like, give straight minutes while I sat and tried to wrap my ehad around it. Also, also question: Did Mikey leave the band???? Because I was reading the comments on that page and it's said Mikey had left because he got married? Have you heard anything about that???

Um, he better not have! *runs to check it out* I don't see that! I thought he was just honeymooning! That just. Okay, they can't do that, not all at once, not ever, alright? They can't go public with the fact the Gee's somewhat not as homo as we all thought and then say that Mikey is leaving the band. Like, I know he thought about it while recording TBP, but it was like, bipolar disorder!

I just. I don't know, but I'm going to cry like a tiny Brendon Urie, to steal your phrase, if this all turns out to be true. I don't mind the engaged thing as much as the Mikey thing, because I just want Gee to be happy, and all. But. I don't know. I'm really confused.

I'm with you. The Mikey thing would be devestating. The Gerard thing is just really, really baffling, but that sort of thing hasn't stop us from slashing Frank, so. In that respect, it won't change much :)

I was thinking about it, and the really cool thing with popslash was- we already knew what had happened to them. It had already ended when we got involved, so there was so much less fear. Bandslash involves the present and its fucking scary thinking about all the what-ifs. I don't know. Maybe I'm thinking about it too hard.

Oh, yeah, totally. Baffling, and yet, it's not going to slow us down one bit, I don't think. *grins* It didn't with Frank, not even Mikey- we still have him sexing up Pete over the phone all the time, lol.
